How do I register?
To register click the "Play Now" button on the start page and then fill out the required fields. Make sure to check your personal information carefully before you save, because occasionally we send out gifts and prizes and we want to be sure you receive them.
How do I deposit money in my account?

How do I start playing?
Once you are registered and have funded your account visit the lobby then select the game you wish to play. A new window will open where you will find a number of tickets..
To select a ticket you can either click the ticket(s) that you wish to purchase or you can use the plus button or "More" button to buy the corresponding number of tickets. Once you have selected the ticket(s) click the "Buy" button located. If you are not satisfied with the presented cards, you can always press the "Reshuffle" button and get new ones before you select and purchase them.
Once you have purchased your tickets you are ready to play. You will hear the countdown to the game and then you are off.
How do I log in?
Enter the username and password you chose during your registration into the "Log in" field on the start page.
How do I update my personal information?
Just log on to your account and go to "My Profile". Here you will be able to change your information, password, credit card numbers etc. Note that it is not possible to change your username or security question.
Can I try the game for free?
Yes, all new players get a welcome bonus of 20 EUR which you can use in order to get familiar with the client (this bonus needs to be wagered 10 times before you can withdraw it). You must also have deposited at least 9 Eur and played for them before you can collect your winnings generated on bonus

What should I do if I forget my username and / or password?

What happens if I have purchased my cards and I get disconnected from the game?
As soon as your cards are purchased, you are in the game regardless of your connection status. The game outcome is generated at our servers, and if one of the cards you have purchased is a winner, then you will win. If you get disconnected for any reason, and you have purchased cards, then check your transactions in the member’s area to see if you won.
What is Bonus money?
Bonus money you receive from us is not possible to withdraw. You are however possible to withdraw eventual winnings that you accumulate with bonus money. This is only possible if you have made a deposit before you start accumulating winnings with your bonus money.
If you only have bonus money left on your account, winnings made from these will be available to withdraw if you have made a deposit within the last 90 days. If you’re not active within 90 days after depositing and you still have bonus money on your account, these winnings will be credited as comp winnings and not available to withdraw.
Note!As soon as you decide to make a withdrawal from your account, any bonus money remaining will be removed. This is done to prevent bonus abusers from cashing out their cash and only spending their bonus. We want all players to play fair and win money.
